The FTvirtual Server Desktop application should be closed by clicking its

close button on title bar. Do not shutdown FTv to close it.

17 Click [Start]  [Run...], enter “CMD” in the [Open:] field, and click

[OK].

A command prompt will open.

18 Assign the C: drive on FTv to the CoServer.

In the following steps, it assigned as X: drive. It is possible to use another

drive letter.

Enter the following command:

¾ net use X: ¥¥(name of FTv)¥C$ /user:(administrator of FTv)

If a password is requested, enter it.

19 Switch the current directory to the one which is created in the step 10.

Enter a command as the following:

¾ X:

¾ CD ¥Program Files¥Marathon¥Endurance¥HF6122020SP

20 Execute the following command line:

¾ setup -q –f HFEALVL13 –u

☞ POINT

The command prompt will turn green, when the FT system is being updated

without errors.

“Press any key to continue…,” message will be displayed. Press a key.

21 When the setup command finishes, check the background color of the

command prompt.

If the background of command prompt turns red or yellow, some errors occur

while the update. Confirm that the Endurance Manager or any other

application is not running. If it is, stop it and retry the step 20.

22 Disconnect the network drive assigned in step 18.

Enter a command as the following:

¾ C:

¾ net use X: /delete

23 See the display of CoServer2, and logon as Administrative user.
